New York, NY – February 9, 2024 – Charles Carlini Presents is proud to present the inaugural Guitar Masters Festival, a five-day extravaganza set to electrify New York City from April 25th to 29th, 2024. Renowned impresario Charles Carlini, the visionary behind the festival, has curated a lineup featuring some of the world’s most exceptional guitarists, promising an unparalleled celebration of guitar mastery.

The festival will kick off on April 25th with an enchanting opening night gala at the John Birks Gillespie Auditorium within the New York City Bahá’í Center (53 East 11th Street, New York, NY 10003), featuring the mesmerizing acoustic guitar virtuoso, Kaki King. The following evening at the Klavierhaus (790 11th Avenue, New York, NY 10019), prepare for an extraordinary lineup of performances by six exceptional guitarists: Steve Cardenas, Joel Harrison, Brad Shepik, Max Light, Pete McCann, and Grant Gordy. Backed by bassist Jerome Harris and drummer Allison Miller, the opening night’s festivities will be expertly curated by Joel Harrison of the Alternative Guitar Summit, promising a captivating showcase of diverse musical talent.

As the festival progresses, audiences can expect to be dazzled by an array of genres, styles, and generations represented by the participating artists. From jazz and blues to rock and classical, the Guitar Masters Festival promises to showcase the versatility and virtuosity of the guitar like never before.

Adding to the excitement, the final night of the festival on April 29th at Zinc Bar in Greenwich Village will feature an unforgettable lineup of jazz guitarists: Pasquale Grasso, Rodney Jones, Yotam Silberstein, and Ed Cherry. These four extraordinary artists will take the stage for a series of captivating performances, culminating in a collaborative spectacle that celebrates the timeless artistry of jazz guitar.
